Appearance:  Golden orange colour. This wine was made with 24 hours skin contact on destemmed berries, followed by a cool ferment to preserve the aromatics. 

Nose:  A lovely bouquet of white flowers, kumquat, nectarine, orange, and hints of peach and lemon-lime.

Palate:  Medium acid, medium to fill body. Fruit-forward flavours of golden delicious apple, tropical fruit, peach pit, and melon, 

Food Pairing: Halibut, scallops, sablefish or just a sunny patio

Food Pairing: Nashville hot ‘n’ fried chicken sandwich, fresh mozzarella and basil on caprese toasts, chicken and shrimp kabobs with summer vegetables, crab-encrusted halibut with chili cream sauce, and pork shoulder with pineapple and sesame broccoli.
