Appearance: Pale straw in colour.
Nose: Grassy, green plum and lanolin on the nose.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, beautifully balanced, gooseberry and green pineapple flavours. Reminiscent of a white Bordeaux. Lovely mouth-feel.

Food Pairing: Spinach and artichoke orzo with chicken, seafood boil with potatoes and corn on the cob, chili-lime mushroom tacos, butter and herb-baked oysters, and savoury cheese danish with raspberries.
