We collaborated with Alderlea Vineyard in the Cowichan Valley to create this spectacular white blend, which is made from 32-year-old Pinot Blanc Cowichan Valley vines grown in the South Cowichan valley from a vineyard overlooking the Salish sea. The wine was fermented cold and slow and aged for 6 months on the lees with bi-weekly bâttonage. Experience notes of apricots and crisp granny smith apple with a luscious creamy finish. This wine is named after "Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love"
